Overview
This g-One Diet has allowed me to stop taking insulin all together. However, I may not have developed true T1(100% destroyed pancreas.) Or,it may be that I may have prevented total pancreatic destruction by my alarmist reaction and immediately starting this gOne T1 Buster diet. gOne (gOne is a character in Run Tippy Run)
The gOne Raw Diet Cure for Type 1 Diabetes: Immediately Stop
Stop the intake of High Fructose Corn Starch (HFCS) foods. HFCS is a man made chemical that gives rats type 1 diabetes and kills all rats it has been tested on. It give s the rats full blown T1 diabetes after they consume rat food injexted with HFCS. Why is HFCS used in food? Because it makes the food taste sweet and extends the shelf life of food products. Other nations have banned this chemical. The USA is one of the few nations that still use this drug. The FDA approved the use of this chemical (originally creadted in Japan ) twenty five years ago. Since the introduction of HFCS chemical into the USA food supply, diabetes has proportionately increased in humans(just like it did in the lab rats.) The pharmaceutical industry is vying for their share of human diabetic market. The pharmaceuticals wish to take advantage of this big new high profitable market for themselves and their stockholders.
Reduce HFCS to zero - immediately. Read all the package labels. Don't eat breakfast cereals, burgers, or soft drinks from fast food restaurants, they all contain this HFCS chemical. Avoid all these HFCS and Hormone injected food products. With proper food intake, exercise, water and certain vitamins, it is possible to help kids avoid diabetes and reduce insulin injections even in type 1 individuals (A vitamin called Gymnema is proving very useful in pancreatic repair of damaged cells in Type 1 diabetes.)
Milk
Stop the intake of milk. *1-It is a known fact that cows milk cause T1 diabetes. How? The USA cows are feed with a hormone that make the cows fat. However, the pancreas defense system will attack this hormones. When the body's defense system attacks this hormone, it also kills the good pancreas cells.
1 - Buy only milk that has no hormones in it.
2 - Use natural sweeteners like zevia instead.

Each meal should include 50-75% veggies.

Have some veggies with whatever you serve.
Eat organic vegetables (grow plenty of organic collards, kale, broccolli, spinach)
Each meal should include 50-75% veggies. Veggies are slow release carbohydrates. ALSO veggies (collards & brocolli etc) help heal the pancreas if it is not totally destroyed - don't know until you try the diet for at least three months to see if insulin intake needs to be reduced. You can use a blender to make a nasty green smoothie of veggies... Collars, Kale, Broccoli, Dandelion Root) hee hee:) I drink at least two of these per day. Yummy!
Eat fish, turkey, chicken - no beef - USA beef in injected with to many chemicals that make kids grow fat really fast (help destroying the pancreas.)
Breakfast
Have some veggies with whatever you serve.
Fifty Percent Green Veggies
-Bragg's Apple Cider, Aloe Vera Juice (1-2 oz) before meals
One Green Smoothie please. I use 1 leaf, of collard,broccoli, kale etc.
Meat Choice - Turkey sausage, eggs, toast, stir fired (olive oil)with sliced veggies, garlic, onions, cuks.)
-Cinnamon sprinkled on toast (cinnamon helps prevent glucose spikes.)
Lunch
Have some veggies with whatever you serve.
Fifty Percent Green Veggies
Meat Choce - Turkey, chicken, fish sandwich with lettuce.
Dinner
Have some veggies with whatever you serve.
Fifty To Seventy Five Percent Green Veggies
Meat Choice - Chicken, Turkey, or Fish
1 gOne Green Smoothie please. I use 1 leaf, of collard,broccoli, kale etc.
Snacks(In between meals)
Nuts, peanut butter, salad veggies--just not to much. Just long as these are healthy organic foods.
If you can have bread in your diet.
Use 100% Whole Wheat bread. NOT wheat! It must say 100%!!!! and
No Fructose, No HFCS etc etc etc.
Desserts
Oatmeal cookies (home made use organic oatmeal and organic products.)
Organic ice cream.
Stevia herb or soft drinks (this is a natural sweetener) The sugar industry fought to keep this product out the US.
Excercise
5-12 minutes before or after each meal. Twelve minutes of moderate walking can reduce glucose levels appx 25-50pts depending on weights and other factors.) But, anything that will help remove access glucose from the system is a plus (that's where Gymnema comes in handy.)
Vitamins:
Gymnema Sylvestre 75% stock (this vitamin blocks glucose from entering the blood stream.) REALLY GOOD FOR TREATMEANT of Type 1 and Type 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mid-Morning - ENERGY GREEN
Vitamin E (this overcome insulin resistance)
Dandelion Root

Check glucose levels before taking insulin just to make sure you avoid overdosing yourself with to much insulin (any sensible doctor will recommend an insulin reduction if necessary.) Find a doctor that understand and will help reduce insulin intake using using a veggie & exercise program.)

Change that diet immediately. Include more organic veggies ASAP.
Run Tippy Run - Draw Me Healthy Helping Kids Avoid Diabetes
A good children's book written specifically for kids with diabetes and with the purpose to help prevent diabetes without actually using the word, is Run Tippy Run. The book presents a velvet-glove approach in presenting otherwise serious topic material. The word "diabetes" is purposely omitted from the story. However, the content cleverly illustrates a direct link between food choices and one's health.
Conclusion
It would be in your best interest to introduce a high vegetable intake diet into your life and the lives of everyone you care for. Vegetables are slow release carbohydrates, eating lots of them in place of high sugar content food help to provide needed glocuse(energy) while preventing glucose or high sugar spikes at the same time.
